Dr. Samer Mikhail
Dr. Samer S. Mikhail is a physician with more than 20 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine, Functional Medicine, Regenerative Medicine, and Interventional Orthobiologics. He is dedicated to helping patients restore function, improve quality of life, and achieve lasting health through personalized, evidence-based care.
A native of New Jersey, Dr. Mikhail graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University with a degree in Biology. Prior to medical school, he spent three years conducting cancer research and co-authored five peer-reviewed scientific publications on esophageal adenocarcinoma. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency training through Tampa General Hospital, Moffitt Cancer Center, and the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Mikhail has cared for veterans, served in emergency medicine, and held leadership roles, including Emergency Department Director. These experiences helped shape his comprehensive approach to patient care and chronic disease management.
Today, Dr. Mikhail focuses on regenerative and functional medicine, with clinical interests that include orthobiologics, cellular therapies, longevity medicine, hormone optimization, metabolic health, restoring homeostasis, medical weight loss, and aesthetics.

Consultations at Triunity Clinic are $250 for regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, and primary care, and $150 for aesthetics. Your $250 consult fee is credited toward your stem cell harvesting procedure. Consultations are paid in advance to secure your appointment.
